The Adams House was built in the Queen Anne-style in 1892 by Deadwood pioneers Harris and Anna Franklin. It is now a museum.
It is supposedly haunted by the sound of booted footsteps on the second floor.
The smell of cigar smoke has also been reported. These are said to belong to W.E. Adams.
The rocking chair in Mary's room is said to move of its own accord.
